Due to the nature of digital services (which involve time, expertise, and resources spent immediately upon engagement), refunds are limited. However, we strive to be fair and resolve issues amicably.

Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day review period, no refund will be issued for the remaining months. If cancelled within 7 days with valid reasons, a pro-rated refund (minus any work delivered) may be considered at our discretion.
